What is tokenization?
Turning one asset into many tradable fractions.
Tokenization takes a single, hard-to-divide asset — a vehicle, a fund, a parcel, a piece of equipment — and represents its ownership as a set of equal digital fractions on a ledger. Each fraction is a fungible share of the underlying asset: same value, same rights, transferable in seconds.
For a client, that means a $50,000 asset no longer needs one buyer with $50,000. It can be owned by 100 people holding 10 fractions each, or 1,000 people holding one. Ownership becomes liquid, divisible, and auditable — without changing what the asset actually is.
