About this demo
DEMO — SIMULATED VALUESFracasset is a platform for tokenizing many assets — vehicles, funds, real estate, infrastructure — into tradable fractions. This demo walks through how a single asset is split, sold, and tracked on-ledger. Every value and trade on this site is simulated for demonstration only.
Tokenization divides a single, often illiquid asset — like a vehicle, a fund, or a parcel — into a fixed number of digital fractions (shares). Each fraction represents partial ownership of the underlying asset, and each fraction can be bought, sold, or transferred independently.
Instead of one buyer needing the full price, many buyers can each hold a small piece. Ownership is recorded on a shared ledger, so who-owns-what is transparent and verifiable without a single intermediary holding the master record.
- One asset is split into a fixed supply of fractions.
- Each fraction is a tradeable unit of partial ownership.
- Ownership is recorded on-ledger and verifiable by anyone.
The asset’s value compounds monthly at the configured rate, and each fraction is priced as the asset value divided by 1,000. Trades settle instantly at the current per-fraction price.
How to read this demo
Each asset on Fracasset starts as a single underlying item — a vehicle, a fund, a parcel — with a starting value and a monthly appreciation rate. The platform can tokenize many of these side by side.
The asset is tokenized into a fixed supply of 1,000 fractions. Each fraction is a tradeable unit of partial ownership.
Each month the asset value compounds at the configured rate. The dashboard shows the current value and the next projected value.
Buyers purchase available fractions at the current per-fraction price and can sell or transfer them later. Ownership is tracked on-ledger.
Simulated values — not real money
Every value, appreciation figure, and trade on this site is simulated for demonstration. No real currency changes hands. The demo exists to make asset tokenization easy to show to potential clients.
